General Considerations

The particles of disinfectant or disinfesting product generated by the Master Plus aerosol device having a diameter of less than a micron, give a uniform dispersion in the environment of the used medical product. As the micelles remain in suspension for a long time (about 2 hours), they determine a very effective action compared with traditional methods since a very small quantity of product disinfects or fumigates spaces of varying cubage in a very short time. It can be concluded that Master Plus is necessary in places where no moisture must be created in order to achieve environmental prophylaxis in a short time. Master Plus can be useful for disinfecting and / or disinfesting schools, domestic spaces, food premises, hospital wards, and wherever carrying out environmental disinfection is necessary.

"End of liquid" safety device

The Master and Master Plus thermal aerosol apparatuses are provided with a supplementary safety device: 

  • A magnetic level sensor causes the immediate arrest of the equipment if there is no more liquid to nebulize. 
  • The LED, positioned centrally in the control panel (RESISTANCE) flashes to indicate the absence of liquid.

Instructions:

  1. Place the can of disinfesting product or disinfectant in the special compartment.
  2. Insert the plug into the connector already in place, then insert the plug into a 220 V single phase socket.
  3. Place the power switch in the ON position.
  4. Program the time of operation on the display in relation to the volume to be treated (see table times).
  5. Program the outlet temperature of the aerosol (maximum 60 °) on the display.
  6. Press the "cycle" button. Start the aerosol.
  7. You cannot change the time or temperature during operation.

The MASTER thermal aerosol apparatuses can be electronically adjusted for a constant aerosol temperature according to the use of our insecticide or bactericide medical products. The constant temperature ensures correctly exploiting the principles used thus avoiding degradation of the product.
